What to Expect on Your Video Wedding Day

A simple timeline for your ceremony day, from logging on to signing your certificate.

Your video wedding day doesn't need a rehearsal dinner or a seating chart, but it still deserves a little structure. Here's a simple timeline.

15 minutes before: Log into your video link early, do a quick sound and camera check, and get any guests or witnesses settled into the call.

At your ceremony time: Your officiant joins, welcomes everyone, and walks you through your ceremony — whether that's a traditional script or vows you've written yourselves.

During the ceremony: You'll exchange vows and rings (if you're using them), and your officiant will pronounce you married, right there on the call.

After the ceremony: Your officiant handles the paperwork on the back end, and if you chose a package with a recording, you'll receive it shortly after so you can relive the moment.

That's it — no travel, no waiting room, just the two of you (and whoever you want watching) saying I do.
